- A continuous wall is built by steel tubular piles, curbing horizontal displacements of the ground that have turned to liquid.
- Walls can be built with low levels of noise and vibration, minimizing environmental impacts on the surrounding areas.
- It is a simple method—it simply presses in steel tubular piles from above the ground—and can be used even in narrow ground while saving space without temporary works.
Steel tubular piles with a pile diameter of 600, 800, 1000, and 1200 are used.
Construction can be performed with spaces between piles being 2 to 3 times larger than the diameters of the piles.
(The pile sizes and spacing vary depending on ground conditions.)
